Community outreach services
Our Community Outreach team works with communities in NSW to reduce fines debt and provide support and education.
Some online services will be unavailable on Sunday morning.
Our services
We can support your community through education, events, training, disaster relief and tools to develop your own Community Action Plan.
Community education
Our Community Outreach team supports our community by:
Developing community action plans to support areas experiencing high fines debt.
Attending community events and roadshows across the state to educate and increase customer understanding of fines debt and prevention.
Working with communities to provide education, training and awareness of government support services.
Collaborating with other government organisations to help customers find the right support.
Emergency relief support
We provide emergency relief to communities when fire, flood or other disasters happen by:
Reducing the pressure for customers by pausing our fines recovery actions.
Supporting volunteer relief through the Work & Development Order scheme.
Providing information about available grants and financial support.
Support for First Nations peoples
Our dedicated First Nations team assists First Nations communities by linking customers, who identify as being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent, with culturally safe services, options and support to manage their fines. Find out how we support First Nations Peoples.

Our data dashboards
We have developed interactive dashboards for NSW communities to gain insight on fines data and inform Community Action Plans to reduce debt.
Fines dashboard
Provides an overview of the fines issued, top 5 fines trends and resolution indicators by postcode. Data can be broken down by financial year, age band or postcode.
Overdue fines dashboard
Shows data and statistics on current fines that have passed their due date and become overdue.
Work and Development Order (WDO) dashboard
Shows data and statistics relating to the Work and Development Order program such as participation, approval, and First Nations community data.
We protect the privacy of individuals by ensuring we do not display any data where the count is less than 10.
Please note the dashboards are not supported on Internet Explorer.
