Difficulty paying your fee
If you are experiencing circumstances making it difficult for you to pay your fee, we have options available to help you.
Eligibility
You may be eligible for help to pay your fee if you are:
- experiencing mental ill-health
- experiencing homelessness
- experiencing extreme financial hardship
- a person with an alcohol or substance use disorder
- experiencing other types of hardship

NSW Ambulance fees
If you are having difficulty paying your NSW Ambulance fee due to financial difficulty or hardship, NSW Ambulance and will consider your circumstances and may reduce or cancel your fee. The NSW Ambulance website has more information
Set up a payment plan
If you can’t pay your fee in full, you can pay your fee in instalments. Make sure you contact us before your fee due date to avoid further costs being applied.

What happens if you don’t pay your fee?
If you don’t pay your fee by the due date on your debt notice, we may apply additional costs and take recovery action.

You can authorise someone else to act on your behalf to manage your fees.
