Authorise someone else
If you’ve received a fine or fee notice, you can authorise someone to act on your behalf to manage your fines and fees for you by completing an Authority to Act form.
Some online services will be unavailable on Sunday morning.
What does authority to act mean?
You can give someone such as a family member or friend permission and authority to act on your behalf. This can be helpful if you are having difficulty paying your fine or fee and need some help to find out what options are available.
Giving someone authority to act means they can contact Revenue NSW on your behalf to manage your fines and fees for you. The person you nominate will have the same power to act as you do.
How to authorise someone
To authorise someone to act on your behalf, you’ll need to complete our online enquiry form.
