Priority precincts in the Aerotropolis
The Aerotropolis is being developed in stages, creating new opportunities for industry investment. The initial focus is on 3 priority precincts:
- Northern Gateway Precinct: This precinct connects to the greater Penrith area through major transport infrastructure, providing vital links to the north.
- Aerotropolis Core Precinct (including Bradfield City Centre): Bradfield City Centre, located in the Aerotropolis Core Precinct, will become the new metropolitan hub of the Aerotropolis.
