Build your supplier profile
To get started, build your supplier profile. Your profile gives buyers detailed information they might not find elsewhere. It can include licences, accreditations, awards, special capabilities, expertise, references, case studies, government credentials, and details about your team members.
Step 1 - Create a Supplier Hub Account, register for notifications
To sign up on buy NSW:
- From the buy NSW homepage, select "Log in or sign up" at the top right.
- Select the "Sign up" tab and choose "I’m a supplier". Enter your name, email, and password, then select "Create account". Verify your email when prompted.
- Once registered, complete the mandatory fields in your Supplier Account, including ABN, contact details, and products or services. This takes less than 5 minutes.
The information you provide will appear on your public supplier profile unless indicated otherwise. Fill out all tabs on the Supplier Account page and use the blue tip boxes for guidance.
Access your dashboard by clicking your avatar's dropdown menu. Your dashboard shows account details, current opportunities, and tools for managing your profile.
Inviting a team member to join your Supplier Hub Profile
To invite a team member, click the "Team members" tile on your dashboard. Only the account owner can add or remove users. If a team member is removed, contact support to reactivate them. Invitations are sent by email.
Team members must create their own accounts and can request to join an existing Supplier Profile by entering the business name and ABN. The primary contact will confirm their role. Team members can edit profile details and submit scheme updates if applicable.
