Workplace design and strategy

We design and deliver NSW government workplaces of the future. Our services include developing workplace strategies across the whole of NSW Government, policy development, market analysis, business case and procurement strategy preparation to set up workplaces across NSW.

Sydney workplace hub, 231 Elizabeth Street has had a major base building refurbishment to deliver a modern and flexible workplace. It accommodates several NSW Government agencies.

Building sustainability and net zero

Property and Development NSW manages the state’s significant property portfolio and works closely with its government agency tenants to deliver quality, efficient and sustainable workplaces.

The NSW Government Net Zero Plan Stage 1: 2020–2030 Implementation Update has an objective to reduce emissions by 50% below 2005 levels by 2030.

Our leading building sustainability programs and practices, led by the Environmental Management Group (EMG), have more than halved our emissions from the financial year 2015-2016 as the baseline year.
