231 Elizabeth Street has had a major base building refurbishment to deliver a modern and flexible workplace. It accommodates several NSW Government agencies.
231 Elizabeth Street is a modern, flexible workplace hub accommodating public sector workers from several NSW Government agencies.
It also offers a dedicated ‘touchdown’, or drop-in, workspace for workers from across the NSW public service to use on a casual basis when required to work in the Sydney CBD or to collaborate with their colleagues across government.
Background
The 231 Elizabeth Street workplace hub was delivered after Property and Development NSW conducted a long-term lease search for government office accommodation within the southern Sydney CBD for numerous tenant agencies.
Property and Development NSW secured a leasehold agreement with Charter Hall which saw 231 Elizabeth Street undergo a major refurbishment to deliver a sustainable, state-of-the-art workplace with technology-enabled workplace and collaborative spaces.
