Transport for NSW (TfNSW) anchors the first building in what will become a 120,000 m² state-of-the-art office precinct, which supports hybrid, dynamic and flexible working practices, allowing government employees to deliver better outcomes for the people of NSW.
Background
Property and Development NSW secured the major commercial development agreement following a tender process in 2017 which sought to bring Sydney CBD office quality design and fit-out to the Macquarie Park area.
The John Holland Group was awarded the contract to purchase and develop the site, which included a leaseback of new office space for thousands of public sector workers. Construction was completed in 2020.
