Property and Development NSW secured long-term leased government office accommodation for the NSW Rural Fire Service headquarters at Sydney Olympic Park.

The NSW Rural Fire Service headquarters at Sydney Olympic Park is an 8,300 m2 contemporary and dynamic workplace with a range of work settings and spaces to meet individual, team and operational work requirements.

The headquarters incorporates the State Operations Centre, a crucial resource for emergency response and cross-agency collaboration during bushfires and other significant events.

Property and Development NSW initiated an expression of interest and request for tender process in 2015 to secure long-term leased government office accommodation for a new NSW Rural Fire Service headquarters.

GPT Group was selected to acquire the site and deliver the A-grade commercial building, which was completed in 2018.
