Parkline Place workplace hub
Parkline Place, a 39-storey tower located on the corner of Pitt and Park Streets in Sydney’s CBD, is set to support up to 4,000 government and private sector workers.
About the project
The NSW Government is taking up residence in a new workplace hub in the heart of Sydney.
The hub is part of the Parkline Place development, a 39-storey energy efficient tower.
Located on Gadigal Country, the new workspaces have been designed in accordance with the NSW Government Workplace Design Standards and provide a variety of modern, sustainable spaces where people can work effectively, focus, collaborate and connect.
Agencies taking up residence in the building include:
- Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP), which moved in January 2025.
- Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) and the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) due to move in April 2025.
- Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO) set to relocate in mid-2026.
Energy efficient workplace
Parkline Place is fully electric, powered by renewable energy, and targets net zero scope 1 and 2 emissions.
It is designed to achieve 5.5-star NABERS Energy, 3.5-star NABERS Water, 6-star Green Star Design and As-Built V1.3 and WELL Certification V2 Platinum sustainability ratings.
