Property and Development NSW manages the state’s significant property portfolio and works closely with its government agency tenants to deliver high quality, efficient and sustainable workplaces.

The NSW Government Net Zero Plan Stage 1: 2020–2030 Implementation Update has an objective to reduce emissions by 50% below 2005 levels by 2030 and 70% by 2035, with the goal of Net Zero by 2050.

Our leading building sustainability programs and practices, led by the Environmental Management Group, have almost halved our emissions since our 2018-2019 financial year.
