Albury | 429 Swift Street

There is a flat approach to the building entrance with fully automatic doors with no barriers. Lifts allow access to all levels and there is on-site accessible parking.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor.

Armidale | 83-85 Faulkner Street

The access ramp is located on the right-hand side (when facing the building from Faulkner Street) leading to automatic doors.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor, to the left of the lobby as you enter.

Ballina | 11 Grant Street

Ramp access is located at the front of the building beside the stairs. Accessible car parking spot at the rear of the building but no ramp access, only a short distance down the laneway to the front main entrance.

Accessible toilets are available (the building is one level).

Bathurst | 346 Panorama Avenue

The accessible ramp on Panorama Ave was constructed in 2019 and built in accordance with AS1428 & 3600. The ramp delivers compliant access to the front entrance of the site, which has access to the passenger lift and then to all floors of the building.

There are currently no accessible toilets available in this office.

Bathurst | 230 Howick Street

The approach to the entrance is flat from street level with no barriers. On-street accessible parking is available. Lifts are available to access upper levels.

Accessible toilets are available on Level 1.

Bega | 248 Carp Street

The path of travel to the entrance is on a slight elevation with a flat approach.

Accessible toilets are available (the building is one level).

Broken Hill | 32 Sulphide Street

There is a flat approach to the building entrance with fully automatic doors with no barriers. Accessible car parking is located on Blende Street.

Accessible toilets and showers are available on the ground level.

Chippendale | 35 Regent Street

Ramp access is available inside the building through automatic doors. Lifts provide access to all levels.

Accessible toilets are available on the ground level, to the right of the main entrance

Coffs Harbour | 359 Harbour Drive

There is ramp access to the office at the back of the building via the car park. There are no automatic doors, but the building does have an intercom system that can be used for access.

An accessible toilet (for females) is available on the ground level.

Dubbo | 50-54 Wingewarra Street

There is a flat approach to the main front entrance with fully automatic doors and lifts that allow access to upper levels. Hearing loops are available in meeting rooms.

There are currently no accessible toilets available in this office.

Gosford | 92-100 Donnison Street

The approach is flat at ground level, there is a zebra crossing directly outside for ease of access to the foyer. The ground floor is an occupied office space and there are no barriers for wheelchair users moving throughout. There are hearing loops available in meeting rooms.

Accessible toilets are located on levels ground, 2, 3 and 5.

Gosford | 32 Mann Street

Accessing the building from Mann St has a flat entrance at ground level with a clear path of travel for all employees. There are no barriers for wheelchair users and lifts give access to all floors in the building. There are hearings loops available in meeting rooms.

Accessible toilets are located on levels 2,3,4 and 5.

Gosford | 264 Manns Road

Flat approach with wheelchair access to front and rear of the building. The office and kitchen area on the ground level.

Toilets are located on the ground floor with no designated accessible toilet.

Goulburn | 159 Auburn Street

Lift and ramp access available at the front of the building as an alternative to stairs. No barriers on entry, automatic front doors, and lifts to gain access to all levels.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground level, to the right upon entering the building.

Grafton | 18-20 King Street

Flat path of travel to the entrance of this single-story building. On-street accessible parking is available.

Accessible toilets are available (the building is one level).

Griffith | 104-110 Banna Avenue

Flat approach to the front and back entrances, the building is one story with no barriers throughout.

Accessible toilets are available (the building is one level).

Lismore | 120 Dalley Street

Flat approach to the entrance with on-site accessible car parking available at the front and rear of the building.

Accessible toilets are available in the training room with ramp access.

Lithgow | 61 Railway Parade

Flat path of travel is available as an alternative to the stairs. Automatic doors lead to lifts. Accessible car parking is available in the underground car park with flat travel to the lifts.

There are currently no accessible toilets available in this office.

Londonderry | 919 Londonderry Road

There is a ramp at the front of the building leading to automatic doors, lifts allow access to upper levels. On-site accessible car parking is available.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor.

Maitland | 525 High Street

Ramp access is located on the right-hand side of the stairs on High Street as an alternative path of travel. Fully automatic doors allow ease of access to main foyer and there are lifts available to access upper levels.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor.

Maitland | 555 High Street

The path of travel to the entrance is flat with accessible parking available directly outside. This is a single story building with automatic doors for ease of movement.

Accessible toilets are available (the building is one level).

Murwillumbah | 291 Tweed Valley Way

There is a ramp on the right side at the front of the building on Tweed Valley Road as an alternative path of travel.

There are currently no accessible toilets available in this office.

Narrabri| 100 Maitland Street

The path of travel to the entrance is flat with no barriers. Accessible street car parking is available outside the main entrance.

There are currently no accessible toilets available in this office.

Newcastle | 117 Bull Street

There is a ramp to the side of the front entrance and then it’s all flat and no barriers to the lifts or office spaces. There are hearing loops in our meeting rooms.

Accessible toilets are available on level 2.

Newcastle | 11 Argyle Street

Office located above a car park, to gain access to the office space you must travel through the car park. Accessible car parking is available. Lifts allow access.

Accessible toilets are available on level 5.

Nowra | 5 O'Keeffe Avenue

Ramp access is available on the left-hand side of the main entrance leading to fully automatic doors. Lifts allow access to upper levels.

Accessible toilets are available on level 1, across from the lifts.

Orange | Corner of Anson & Kite Streets

Ramp access is available on Anson Street with a path of travel to automatic doors and lifts to access all levels. Accessible street car parking is available directly outside the building entrance.

Accessible toilets and showers are available on each floor.

Parramatta | 160 Marsden Street

There is ramp access on the left-hand side of the stairs to the building entrance on Marsden with fully automatic doors and no barriers of entry. Lifts provide access to all levels.

Accessible toilets are available on each floor.

Parramatta | 60 Station Street

The approach to the main entrance is flat with fully automatic doors and no barriers to entry. Lifts are available to provide access to all levels. No parking is available on-site. Parramatta train station is located 200 metres from the main entrance.

Parramatta | 4 Parramatta Square

A state-of-the-art building with accessibility and inclusion front of mind. Four Paramatta Square has been designed with built-in accessibility and inclusive features, including Visual Accessible signage, hearing loops on each floor and main entrance and path of travel accessible to all employees. The main entrance is located on Darcy Street with a wheelchair ramp located on the right side of the forecourt.

Accessible toilets are available on each floor, near the male toilets.

Picton | 99 Menangle Street

This building is a single story with a flat approach to the entrance with no barriers of entry.

There are currently no accessible toilets available in this office.

Port Macquarie | 66 Lord Street

The path of travel to the main entrance is flat with fully automatic doors. Accessible car parking is available on Lachlan Close. Lifts allow access to the upper level.

Accessible toilets are available on both floors.

Queanbeyan | 11 Farrer Place

Ramp access to the main foyer is located on Farrer Street. Entry has fully automated doors with direct access to the lifts. There is also lift access through the car park which has accessible car parking available.

There are currently no accessible toilets available in this office.

Sydney | 111 Elizabeth Street

There is a lift on the right-hand side of the stairs as an alternative path of travel. Lifts throughout allow access to all levels. Hearing loops are available in meeting rooms.

Accessible toilets are available on level 2.

Sydney | 231 Elizabeth Street

The access point is located on the corner of Elizabeth Street and Bathurst Street. A flat surface leads to fully automated doors with a reception in the foyer. There are no barriers for wheelchair users, lifts allow access to split-level floors as an alternative to the stairs.

Accessible toilets are available on each floor.

Sydney | 1 Oxford Street

To access the main foyer there is a ramp located on Oxford Street beside the Priceline Pharmacy. Lifts provide access to all floors within the building. Hearing loops are installed in meeting rooms. Museum Train Station is within 350 m with bus services.

Sydney| McKell 2-24 Rawson Place

The foyer is located across the forecourt that can be accessed from Pitt St, there is a covered path that leads to fully automatic doors beside the Service NSW entrance. Approaching the building from George Street there is a flight of stairs, following the pavement around Rawson Place to Pitt St provides alternative access. Lifts provide access to all floors within the building. Meeting rooms have hearing loop capabilities, these can be requested through Workplace Services, email workplace@customerservice.nsw.gov.au.

Accessible toilets are available on each floor, next to the female toilets.

Tamworth | 155-157 Marius Street

Ramp access is available and located on the left-hand side of the stairs leading to automatic doors with no barriers of entry.

There are currently no accessible toilets available in this office.

Thornleigh | 9-11 Chilvers Road

Accessible ramp with flat approach at the front main entrance of the building from the car park. Lift to access available to all levels.

Accessible toilets are available on the ground level.

Wagga Wagga | 2-6 Coleman Street

Ramp access is available at the very far rear of the building. Accessible car parking is available on-site.

There are currently no accessible toilets available in this office.

Wagga Wagga | 76 Morgan Street

The approach to the main entrance is flat with fully automatic doors leading to lifts to gain access to upper levels. Accessible public car parking is available at the rear of the building on Baretta Lane.

Accessible toilets are available on each floor.

Wollongong | 56-60 Burelli Street

The approach to the building is flat with no barriers. Lifts provide access to all floors. On-street accessible car parking is available.

Accessible toilets are available on level 1.

Wollongong | 90 Crown Street

There is a flat approach to the main entrance with fully automatic doors that lead to lifts allowing access to all upper levels. On-street parking available.
