Program evaluation
Summary of program evaluations for the Department of Customer Service in accordance with endorsed 12 month schedules.
Treasury policy and guidelines for evaluation TPG22-22 set out mandatory requirements, recommendations and guidance for NSW General Government Sector agencies and other government entities planning and conducting evaluations.
A mandatory requirement is that clusters develop an annual evaluation schedule, which is subsequently presented to the Cabinet Expenditure Review Committee (ERC) as part of broader Outcome and Business Plan (OBP) reporting.
Furthermore, in line with the Government Information (Public Access) Act, agencies are mandated to proactively and publicly release the findings of their evaluations, unless there is an overriding public interest against disclosure of the information.
