If you have a problem with a business, trader, landlord or tenant, the first step is to speak to the supplier.
If you're not successful in resolving your issue with the supplier, you can make a complaint or enquiry to Fair Trading.

Accessibility services
- If you have a hearing or speech/communication difficulty, you can contact us through the National Relay Service and ask for 13 32 20.
- Access the Aboriginal enquiry service by free call to 1800 500 330 (and ask to speak with an Aboriginal person, if you wish)
- For language assistance call 13 14 50 and ask for an interpreter in your language.
