Reporting multiple schemes
We have a software integration option for strata managers who want to report multiple schemes in bulk. Strata managers can also report one scheme at a time.
Key information
- Strata managers can report schemes directly from their strata management software, if it is integrated with the Strata Hub reporting using our reporting API.
- Strata managers who want to use software integration to report schemes should liaise with their software provider.
- Strata managers also have a 'Download schemes' feature in the Strata Hub to help them monitor when annual reporting is due for schemes you are reported against.
Getting started
To use software integration to report schemes, the strata managers will need to firstly register on the Strata Hub and complete the proof of identity process.
Be aware that you will still need to complete some tasks on the Strata Hub for each scheme reported using the software integration, including:
- privacy declaration
- reviewing the information
- processing the payment.
This is to ensure best practice privacy, security and flexibility of payment processes.
Note: Strata managers not using the software integration option can follow the steps on the Strata annual reporting page to report information on the Strata Hub, one scheme at a time.
Software integration for bulk reporting and updating scheme details via API
This option uses API technology to connect a strata management agency’s software to the Strata Hub.
This option is suitable for strata management agencies with a software provider and a large number of clients.
How to download the list of strata schemes
Strata managers can see which of the strata schemes they manage are due to complete annual reporting.
They can also download a list of all of their schemes to help monitor annual reporting due dates:
- Log in to the Strata Hub
- On your ‘My strata schemes’ dashboard, download a list of your strata schemes.
- In the spreadsheet, sort the data (for example, by AGM date). You can then crosscheck this with your own records and follow up on schemes due to hold an AGM and/or complete reporting.
Common questions
No. The bulk upload functionality lets the user input annual reporting data for multiple schemes in a single session. But you’ll need to complete the ‘Privacy collection notice’ and ‘Review and declare’ sections and make the payment for each scheme individually.
On the Strata Hub's homepage dashboard under ‘My in progress tasks’ are the schemes you’ll need to complete these final steps for.
No. Payments of the $3 per lot fee need to be made for each strata scheme individually. This allows strata managers to pay for each scheme or to delegate the payment to another representative.
A strata manager can update the reported information for multiple schemes using the API feature on the Strata Hub. They will need to contact their software provider to request they implement the API. Read more about Strata reporting and updating using API integration.
