Our services address the NSW Government’s priorities by delivering optimal community benefit from government land and property.
Property and Development NSW manages and delivers large-scale or complex real estate projects, transactions, workplace strategy, and design and delivery. This includes managing the NSW Government’s significant property portfolio. We deliver sustainable and productive outcomes for metropolitan and regional industries and communities.

Peter Graham | Executive Director, Environmental Management Group Providing land remediation and rejuvenation, landfill management and specialised environmental services to clean up contaminated land. Works with government agency tenants to deliver efficient and sustainable workplaces. |
Vy Nguyen | Executive Director, Precinct Development Providing master planning and master developer services for large and complex development projects. This typically includes multi-stage projects that require a combination of planning, design, complex stakeholder management and securing funding. |
Neisha D’Souza | Executive Director, Strategic Advisory Services Partnering with NSW Government agencies to manage and deliver end-to-end expert property transactional services, from strategy through to execution. Providing strategic problem-solving, data analytics, and property policy services, discovering new and creative ways to optimise government land and property outcomes. |
Publications
NSW contracts register
All Property and Development NSW, formerly known as Property NSW, contracts with the private sector valued at $150,000 must be recorded in the NSW Government's Contracts Register. This includes property sales.
The Property and Development Contract NSW Register can be accessed via the NSW Government eTendering website.
Details must be entered in the register within 45 working days of the contract coming into effect.
Details must remain on the register for 20 working days, or until the contract is complete, whichever is longer.
