Property and Development NSW secured 8,500 m2 of long-term leased government office accommodation within Orange to establish a government hub.

105 Prince Street, Orange, the Ian Armstrong Building, is a state-of-art workplace hub, providing A-grade office accommodation for NSW government employees.

The 8,500 m2 hub accommodates workers from multiple government agencies.

Background

Property and Development NSW secured a long-term lease commitment with Verde Property Group to establish a government hub consolidating many of the government agencies within Orange.

The hub was officially opened in September 2020.
