Hunter New England LHD provides a range of public health services to the Hunter, New England and Lower Mid North Coast regions of NSW.

We provide metropolitan, regional and rural health services at: 

  • 1 tertiary referral hospital in Newcastle
  • 4 tertiary referral hospitals at Maitland, Manning, Tamworth and Armidale
  • 20 district and community hospitals
  • 7 mental health inpatient facilities, and
  • Over 60 community health services.
