Included activities
See below the licensed activities included under this type of licence in NSW. This should be used as a guide to align the activities a person is licensed to do in their home state with the activities they wish to carry out in NSW.
This licence permits the holder to:
- service, repair and maintain approved gaming machines on licensed premises
- test gaming machines to check if they meet the required technical standards, as an employee of the holder of a testing facility licence.

How to comply with NSW laws
Note: Licence holders must be aged 18 years or over and not be disqualified from holding a gaming-related licence or hold a suspended gaming-related licence.
Notify the regulator
Interstate gaming machine technician licensees are required to notify the regulator, Liquor & Gaming NSW, of their intention to work in NSW under AMR.
