NSW Government workplace hubs are in the heart of the Sydney and Parramatta CBDs. Bookable workspaces are available to any NSW public sector worker.

231 Elizabeth Street, Sydney workplace hub

231 Elizabeth Street is a modern, flexible workplace hub accommodating public sector workers from several NSW Government agencies.

It also offers a dedicated ‘touchdown’, or drop-in space for workers from across the NSW public service. Use it on a casual basis when you need to work in the Sydney CBD or collaborate with your colleagues across government.

Background

Property and Development NSW delivered the 231 Elizabeth Street workplace hub after searching for a long-term lease for government office accommodation. The hub for numerous tenant agencies needed to be in the southern Sydney CBD.

We secured a leasehold agreement with Charter Hall that saw a major refurbishment of 231 Elizabeth Street. This delivered a sustainable, state-of-the-art workplace with technology-enabled workstations and collaborative spaces.

6 Parramatta Square, Parramatta

6 Parramatta Square (6PSQ) is part of the NSW Government’s campus at Parramatta.

Level 11 of 6PSQ, 10 Darcy Street, Parramatta has 60 bookable touchdown workspaces available for NSW public sector workers to use between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You can book a workstation in morning or afternoon time slots or for a full day.

Monitors are installed at all touchdown workstations. Kitchen facilities and a multi-function printer (with direct printing once installed) are also available, as well as concierge support between 8 am and 5 pm.

The whole-of-government touchdown space also includes a variety of non-bookable work areas, including collaboration tables, casual sofa seating and individual privacy chairs. The concierge team can help if you would like to work from one of these areas.

Touchdown space visitors cannot book meeting rooms within the Meeting Suite. However, there are 2 meeting rooms for 4 people each that you can use. They are equipped with Microsoft Teams.
