Our eLearning program provides essential industrial relations knowledge. This allows NSW public sector industrial relations professionals to perform their role.

It will help you navigate the NSW public sector industrial relations framework. This avoids breaching industrial laws that could result in legal or reputational risk.

If you are new to the public sector, moving from a related role, or need to update your knowledge, the eLearning program will benefit you.

What will I learn?

We offer eLearning program in short modules that are in two main areas of learning.

Public Sector Industrial Relations Fundamentals: Gain a broad overview of industrial relations in the NSW public sector.

Public Sector Advocacy Skills: Learn skills to represent your agency in matters before the NSW Industrial Relations Commission.

Public Sector Industrial Relations will release further eLearning modules as they become available.

How will my Organisation benefit?

Our eLearning program will create a baseline of industrial relations knowledge in all agencies. It will upskill relevant professionals with sector-specific industrial relations knowledge.

The eLearning program will promote compliance and consistency of practice. This will reduce risk for your agency and the NSW public sector.

It will also increase employee mobility by reducing barriers to broader roles.

To be eligible for a digital credential simply complete the modules and assessments for each main area of learning, and the form at the end of each assessment.

  • Complete an assessment for each module to qualify for the digital credential.
  • On qualifying, you will be issued with an accredited badge verifying your achievement.
  • Display your badge on social media, emails, and your resume.
