The Guide is regularly updated to address emerging issues and to reflect changes in legislation and new precedents such as tribunal decisions. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of the information provided, we welcome suggestions on areas which require updating, correction, or would benefit from being revised to provide greater clarity.
