Sticking Together Social Impact
Find out about a program to help young people who are facing high barriers to employment. The program helps develop work readiness skills and capabilities.
The Sticking Together Social Impact Investment is aimed at supporting around 870 young people, age 18-24, with work. Enrolments in the program have now finished.
The program helps develop work readiness skills and capabilities, helping them to find jobs, and ‘stick’ in work for the long term.
The project uses an intensive coaching model to build rapport with their employer(s) over a 60-week period.
The Sticking Together Project also coaches non-vocational skills development. It addresses other barriers to employment. This includes health, home, and relationship challenges.
