Coonamble Health Service is made up of a Multipurpose Service with an emergency department, inpatient and residential aged care beds, as well as community health services.

Allied health services include Aboriginal health education, child sexual assault counselling, physiotherapy and health promotion

Primary and community health services include Commonwealth Home Support Program, ambulatory care clinics, universal home visits, child and family health, school screening and vaccination clinics, First 2000 days program, pre-school Little Lorikeets Program and hearing/ear screening and discharge planning/integrated care
Visiting services include podiatry, mental health, drug and alcohol services, community mental health team, specialist mental health team, Aged Care Assessment Team , Palliative Care Specialist Team, Organisational Development Unit, clinical nurse educators and Tresillian.
