Housing is more affordable, you can live in town and be very close to work you can also live a little further out from town and have a more rural lifestyle but still be within the 15 minute drive
There's the beaches, the rivers, the estuaries, the lakes. There's kayaking, there's surfing, swimming.

We've got so many mountain bike trails, the skiing is fantastic. Hiking trails up there, you can go to Blue Lake - the wildflowers, it's just amazing.

There's lots of great restaurants and pubs. Some of our pubs have got really good food. We have great live bands playing on weekends.
