What to expect
When you contact us, we will ask some questions about your dental problem and your general health.
In most cases, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted as soon as an appointment is available. The wait time will depend on how urgent your case is. We prioritise appointments based on the NSW Health priority oral Health Program which consider the urgency of a patient’s dental needs and health condition.
If your dental condition gets worse while you’re waiting for an appointment, contact us again to be reassessed.
If your contact details change while you are waiting for an appointment, please contact us to let us know.
