Complaints relating to your privacy
If you believe a health service provider involved in your care has broken a health privacy principle or health privacy code, you can request our health service to conduct an internal review.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you can lodge an appeal with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) who will further investigate your complaint.
