Call us on 1800 110 038. We’re available 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, (excluding public holidays). If your matter is urgent or you can't use the online services, please call us.
Language assistance

We aim to resolve your complaint within 30 days. Where we are unable to resolve within one month, we will keep you informed on the progress of your complaint and likely date of completion.
Complaints are handled in accordance with the External Service-Related Complaints Policy.

Independent review
If you are not satisfied with our formal processes, you can contact the NSW Ombudsman's Office to request an independent review of the issues raised.
