Policies and protocols

Our policies set out how we work at the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. The Code of Ethics and Conduct, along with our policies, are used by our staff in their day-to-day operations.

Our following policies and protocols form a framework to support good practices. By following these policies we: 

  • build community trust in our ability to deliver quality services 
  • contribute to strong government analysis, planning, decision-making and evaluation 
  • manage information securely and appropriately 
  • share information appropriately within the government and the community.
