Invoicing information for suppliers

To ensure prompt processing, tax invoices should be forwarded to the email address listed on your purchase order. Non-tax invoices may be sent to supperlier.invoices@dpie.gov.au.
Getting paid on time
We have a strong customer service culture. Our focus is to ensure you are paid on time for the goods, services and works provided.
To help us, you can:
- note the change in the department's name and ensure invoices are raised in the correct business name
- submit your invoice directly to the correct email address, which you can find in Invoicing information for suppliers by agency (PDF 328.19KB)
- make sure the invoice references a valid purchase order number
- make sure your ABN and GST details are provided and your invoice is tax compliant.

Supplier invoices
In line with ATO legislation, we can only pay you for the provision of goods, services or work if you provide us with a correctly rendered tax invoice.

Tenders
We will continue to manage tenders (current and issued) in line with our current processes.
Fraud and corruption prevention
The department has a zero tolerance approach to fraud or corruption by our employees or any client or stakeholder. We are committed to:
- minimising the opportunities for fraud and corrupt conduct by employees, members of the public, contractors and clients
- detecting, investigating and disciplining/prosecuting fraudulent and corrupt conduct
- reporting fraudulent and corrupt conduct to Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and, where appropriate, to NSW Police
- taking a risk-management approach to identify, and manage fraudulent and corrupt conduct.
