Service NSW Regional Manager Paul Sutton said Service NSW staff would be available to assist customers at Tolland and Kooringal community centres this Wednesday and Thursday (26-27 October 2022) from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
"We know cost of living is a concern for people, so this information session is about raising awareness of the more than 70 ways to save through government rebates and vouchers,” Mr Sutton said.
“From the NSW Gas Rebate to National Parks Concession Pass to Regional Seniors Travel Card, there is something there for everyone and we want to provide personalised support to each customer.
“We are aiming to engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and highlight how people can complete more than 1000 government transactions as well as help reduce cost of living through Service NSW.
“Our staff will also be able to help customers apply for government services such as replacing birth certificates, providing information on driver testing and more.
“As a modern and customer centric government we are committed to giving customers the support they deserve to take full advantage of all the services we have to offer.
“Customers can contact Wagga Wagga Service Centre on 13 77 88 or visit the community centres for further information.”
Service NSW is among 12 government and non-government organisations such as Revenue NSW, Riverina Medical and Dental Aboriginal Corporation and Legal Aid which will have stalls at the information session.
