The centre is relocating to a bigger premises on Level 1 of the new section of the Marrickville Metro shopping centre near Coles supermarket and other retailers, adding an extra 50 square metres of space than the current Service NSW Centre and more counters for customers to be served at.
All 1300 NSW Government transactions and services including driver testing remain available at the new site with driver testing parking spots for applicants now located on level 2 parking of the new side of Marrickville Metro, off Edinburgh Rd.
Customers will have access to a dedicated space in the new Service Centre for booked one-on-one appointments with Service NSW team members who can provide guidance on cost of living support while business owners can be connected with a Business Concierge for free, personalised support.
In preparation of the move, the current centre will be closed from Saturday 31 August and the new site will open 9am on Friday 6 September.
Customers are encouraged to plan ahead and complete their transactions before Saturday 31 August or once the new centre opens on Friday 6 September, visit nearby centres at Haymarket, Botany, Rockdale and Eastgardens, contact Service NSW on 13 77 88 or complete services online.
