Should my content be on nsw.gov.au?
The OneCX Program is building nsw.gov.au as one trusted source of truth for government information, services, and community feedback. Find out whether your agency will be part of the program.
The OneCX Program is an all-of-government strategy that will see agency websites migrated onto a single source: nsw.gov.au. In doing so, we will ensure each agency's content is customer-centric and accessible.
To enquire about migrating your agency's content to nsw.gov.au, contact the NSW Government Digital Channels team.
Eligibility and exemption criteria
All agencies will migrate content to nsw.gov.au, unless your organisation:
- is classified as an endorsed, independent or standalone brand (no Waratah logo)
- is a state-owned corporation
- is a Public Financial Corporation
- statutory officer is the agency head (not subject to the control and direction of the Minister)
- is a school, TAFE or training institution
- is an emergency service
- intended audience is outside of New South Wales
- requires complex data management.
If you believe your agency is ineligible for migration, you will need to seek an exemption. Please contact the Digital Channels team.
Brand exemptions
If your government organisation is classified as an endorsed, independent or standalone brand (no Waratah logo), there is no requirement to migrate your content to nsw.gov.au. Learn more about the brand framework.
To launch and maintain your website, you will still need to follow existing government policies and guidance, such as the Digital Design System.
