Management and Organisation Analysts assist organisations to achieve outcomes, continual improvement and greater efficiency. They study organisational structures, methods, risks, systems and procedures. ICT Business Analysts are excluded from this unit group.

- Analyse jobs, skills and employee requirements
- Confer with staff to coordinate business operations
- Develop business or financial information systems
- Develop data analysis or data management procedures
- Discuss business strategies, practices or policies with managers
- Gather organisational performance information
- Implement organisational process or policy changes
- Recommend organisational process or policy changes
