What happens if you don't pay your fine on time

You need to pay your fine on time.

If you don’t pay your fine on time: 

  • you might have to pay more money

  • we might give you another punishment.

For example, we might suspend your license.

If we suspend your license, you aren't allowed to drive.

We will tell you how long you can't drive for.
