NSW Telco Authority Operational Communications Strategy 2023-2030

The Operational Communications Strategy (OCS) provides a roadmap for the coordination of public safety telecommunications for the NSW Government.

The OCS was first released in 2015, updated in 2020, and then realigned in 2023 to better reflect evolving customer needs and changes in our operating environment.

The Operational Communications Strategy 2023–30 ensures we have the right technology, people and systems to meet our customers’ growing demand for secure, reliable and resilient voice and data-enabled services.
