About Get Involved

Would you like to help make our hospitals and health services a better place for everyone? Do you have regular internet access and an email address?

If you answered “yes” to these questions, we want you to join Get Involved – our online community email advisory group.

What's involved

This diverse online group gives our hospitals and health services valuable feedback on health projects for our local communities.

All printed materials we produce for the hospital, such as posters and brochures, are reviewed through this group to help us make sure they are easy to understand and as effective as possible. The group is also invited to give feedback on health promotion initiatives and possible changes to parts of our hospitals or service delivery.

We want to know what you think.

How it works

We’ll email you a questionnaire or track changes on the actual document, or ask you to participate in an online survey, and you tell us what you think.

Your email address and details will be kept strictly confidential within the Clinical Governance Unit – other Local Health District staff and members of the community will not be able to access your details.

It’s up to you what you do or don't want to respond to. Participation is always voluntary.

Who can join

Anyone living within the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) can join.

We’re looking for people who have used any of our hospitals or health services.

We want as many people as possible who can tell us how NBMLHD can be even better.
