Commercial agents complaints and enquiries
Find out how you can make a complaint about a commercial agent who is not following the standards of conduct.
Commercial agents must follow the rules regulating the industry. The commercial agent rules establish standards of conduct and penalties may apply when an agent does not comply. The rules protect consumers from behaviour that is harmful or inappropriate.
Talk it over
Before you make a complaint, you should discuss your concerns with the commercial agent and explain the problem you have. Let the other party express their concerns or state their position.
