Development and implementation of a digital accessibility testing process for information and communications technology (ICT) systems and platforms and digital communications ensuring Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 compliance.
Reduction in the number of reported accessibility barriers experienced when interacting with digital communications, ICT platforms and systems.
Implementation of an annual accessibility and universal design review process for department-owned worksites.
