- Health Direct—Free Australian health care advice you can count on. Visit the website or call 1800 022 222 24/7.
- Get Healthy—The NSW Get Healthy Service is a free, phone-based health coaching service to help NSW adults aged 16 or over set and achieve their own health goals with the support and guidance of an expert health coach.
- PharmOnline—PharmOnline is Australia’s First Pharmacist led Online Telehealth Service.
- Alcohol and Drug Information Service (ADIS)—If you are having issues with alcohol or other drugs, are concerned about someone else's alcohol or other drug use, or have general questions about alcohol or other drugs, you can call ADIS for support, information, counselling and referral to services in NSW. ADIS has a 24-hour support line at 1800 250 015 and a web chat service available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Synapse Australia—National program providing a range of support services for people who have been impacted by brain injury and disability. For advice or support call 1800 673 074.
- Healthy Eating Active Living - From healthy eating tips, to free programs to get you active. This initiative aligns with the NSW Government's Healthy Eating and Active Living Strategy, which is committed to supporting a healthy community in NSW and reducing the impact of lifestyle-related chronic disease.

- NSW Health Emergency Department Waiting Times—Emergency Department waiting times in major NSW hospitals.
- IPTAAS—IPTAAS is the Isolated Patients Travel and Accommodation Assistance Scheme. This is a NSW Government scheme providing financial assistance towards travel and accommodation costs when a patient needs to travel long distances for treatment that is not available locally.
- Rural Multipurpose Centres—Map of small rural health and aged care services including multipurpose services.
- NSW Spectacles Program—The NSW Spectacles Program provides free glasses and vision aids to financially disadvantaged NSW residents.
Prevention and health screening services
- National Immunisation Schedule—The National Immunisation Program (NIP) Schedule is a series of immunisations given at specific times throughout your life. The immunisations range from birth through to adulthood.
- National Bowel Cancer Screening Program—The Program is an Australian Government initiative that sends out free bowel cancer screening tests to eligible Australians aged 50 to 74 every two years.
- BreastScreen NSW—BreastScreen NSW provides free screening mammograms for women between the ages of 50 and 74 in NSW.
- National Cervical Screening Program—The National Cervical Screening Program reduces illness and death from cervical cancer. Women and people with a cervix aged 25 to 74 years of age are invited to have a Cervical Screening Test every 5 years through their healthcare provider.

- Pink Elephant Support Network—Support for women experiencing or have experienced miscarriage and pregnancy loss.
- Red Nose Grief and Loss—Bereavement Support Service provides specialised support for anyone affected by miscarriage, stillbirth, baby or child death. For immediate support call 24/7 Bereavement Support Line on 1300 308 307.

- Mental Health Line—If you or someone you know needs help, the Mental Health Line offers professional help and advice and referrals to local mental health services. Call 1800 011 511 (Available 24/7).
- Transcultural Mental Health Line—The Transcultural Mental Health Line is a telephone service available to support people who live in NSW and who are from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Call 1800 648 911 Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm.

- Stand By Support—StandBy is Australia’s leading suicide postvention program dedicated to assisting people and communities bereaved or impacted by suicide. Call 1300 727 247.
- Peer CARE Companion Warmline—A suicide prevention call-back service providing a safe place for people with a lived experience of suicide to connect with others with a similar lived experience for a chat, in a shared space of compassion, understanding and respect. Call 1800 777 337.
- QLife—LGBTQI peer support and referral for people wanting to talk about a range of issues including sexuality, identity, gender, bodies, feelings or relationships. Call 1800 184 527.

- Roses in the Ocean—Australia's leading lived experience of suicide organisation. - WayAhead—WayAhead works to educate people in NSW about mental health and wellbeing, as well as linking them to services and resources that improve their mental health.
Online mental health programs
- MindSpot—MindSpot supports Australian adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and chronic pain. Services are free, confidential, and online, and provide optional access to qualified therapists.
- This Way Up—Online evidence-based programs to help improve the way you feel.
- WayAhead Women's Anxiety Online Support Group - Run by women for women these groups allow women to come together and share personal experiences and information in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. To register, you can email supportgroups@wayahead.org.au or call 1300 794 992.

- Womn-Kind—Womn-Kind provides access to support in an approachable, relatable and non-intimidating way and is striving to create a community where girls can gather and share a set of experiences.

- BITE BACK—BITE BACK is a free, self-guided online wellbeing and resilience program for young people aged 13–16 years old.
- MoodGYM—This free, fun, interactive program helps you identify and overcome problem emotions and shows you how to develop good coping skills for the future.
- BRAVE Program—The BRAVE Program is an interactive, online program for the prevention and treatment of childhood and adolescent anxiety.
Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Services

- Physical abuse—Physical abuse is one of the most visible forms of domestic and family violence. It often involves direct assaults on the body, such as hitting, choking, or shaking.
- Sexual assault and violence—Sexual assault and violence involves any form of sexual activity without consent, but it can also involve inflicting pain during sex, assaulting the genitals, or coercive sex without protection against pregnancy
- Psychological abuse—Psychological abuse involves subjecting or exposing another person to psychologically traumatizing behaviour. It can include intimidation, humiliation, gaslighting, and more.
- Financial abuse—Financial abuse involves the complete control of finances. This includes restricting another person’s access to bank accounts, providing only a small ‘allowance’ or not letting someone have a job
- Social abuse—Social abuse is behaviour that aims to cut you off from your family, friends, or community. It can also involve a person or people trying to damage your relationships with others. People who are socially abusive may also attempt to make you look bad or ruin your reputation.
- Image-based abuse—Image-based abuse happens when a nude or sexual image of a person is taken or shared without that person’s permission. Image-based abuse also includes threatening to take or share a nude or sexual image of another person.
- Legal abuse—Legal abuse, also called legal bullying or litigation abuse, happens when someone uses the law or legal threats to control and scare you. There may be a pattern to the behaviour that happens again and again. Sometimes other types of abuse are going on at the same time.
- Reproductive abuse—Reproductive abuse happens when you are stopped from making your own choices about your reproductive system. Your reproductive system includes the parts and functions of the body involved in the menstrual cycle, sex and sexual pleasure, pregnancy and birth.
- Spiritual abuse—Spiritual abuse happens when someone uses spiritual or religious beliefs to hurt, scare or control you. It can involve someone forcing you or your children to participate in spiritual or religious practices when you don't want to. It can also involve someone refusing to allow you to participate in spiritual or religious practices that are important to you.
- Coercive control—Coercive control is when someone repeatedly hurts, scares or isolates another person to control them. It is domestic abuse and can cause serious harm, so it is important to know the signs.
