Topics you could discuss include but aren’t limited to:
- coping with stress or overwhelm
- resolving workplace conflict
- managing staff who have poor mental health
- improving workplace culture
- creating a workplace mental health policy
- responding to incidents.
92% of participants agree that the recommendations made by their coach are achievable and the coaching has met their needs.
What participants are saying about our coaching
“There is no way I could have achieved what I have without the support of my coach. I never would have assessed for psychosocial hazards, created a mental health group, sent out resources, looked into setting up EAP or created a mental health policy without this service.”Small business director, research consulting.

Common questions about the coaching
It’s your choice:
- online or over the phone
- at a time that suits you, five days a week from 8am to 6pm
- your sessions can be as long or short as you need to manage your priorities.
You have access to four hours with your coach. How you use this time is up to you. You can speak to your coach for 15 minutes in one session, and an hour in the next. You don’t have to use all four hours if you don’t want to. The service is flexible and can be worked around your schedule.
If you already have a topic in mind, you can bring this to your session, or your coach can help identify areas to address and guide you from there.
