In 2021, Youth on Track continued to deliver positive outcomes for young people, in alignment with the NSW State Outcome to reduce re-offending. The program also supports the Premier’s Priorities to reduce adult re-offending. It focuses on reducing the percentage of children and young people reported to be at risk of significant harm.
