These guidelines outline the collaboration between Youth Justice and Youth on Track when working with young people in their programs or care.
For example, if a young person participating in Youth on Track enters custody, Youth Justice NSW will allocate a Youth Justice caseworker who will assume case management responsibility for their time in custody.
Other scenarios discussed in the guidelines relate to applying for bail, attending a Youth Justice Conference, and receiving a supervised community order.
