This procedure details the steps you must take to formalise and investigate a complaint and support a complainant under the Managing Client Feedback and Complaints guidelines.

This procedure details the way Youth Justice employees must deal with complaints made to them. 

Note: There are particular roles and approaches to managing complaints from young Aboriginal people.
