This form is your written record of your tenancy agreement. It is a binding contract under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010, so make sure you read and understand it.

The landlord or the landlord’s agent must give the tenant a copy of this agreement once it's been signed, as well as any attachments. They must also give the tenant:
two copies or one electronic copy of the completed condition report
a copy of the Tenant Information Statement.
