Notice of rent increase

This form is for giving a tenant in a residential tenancy written notice of a rent increase.

Landlords must give tenants at least 60 days written notice of a rent increase, and rent can only be increased in specific circumstances. Visit Tenants and rent increases for more information on when and how rent can be increased.
