Annual NSW land values published
In January 2024 the Valuer General published land values for NSW, as at 1 July 2023.
Land value is the value of the land only. It does not include the value of a home or other structures.
Property sales are the most important factor valuers consider when determining land values.
NSW Valuer General
The NSW Valuer General is an independent statutory officer appointed by the Governor of NSW to oversee the state's land valuation system. Find out more about the Valuer General, who is supported by the work of Valuation NSW.

The Lieutenant-Governor of NSW has appointed Ms Sally Dale as the State’s Valuer General for a four-year term, from 1 June 2024 until 31 May 2028.
