What’s this about?
The draft Kellyville and Bella Vista Transport Oriented Development (TOD) rezoning proposal is now on exhibition.
Given their close proximity, we combined the master planning and TOD rezoning for the Kellyville and Bella Vista precincts, that includes Stanhope Gardens and Glenwood, to create more well-located homes close to transport, jobs and services.
