Registrar of Community Housing

The Registrar of Community Housing works to ensure community housing is viable, and that it meets the needs of tenants as well as the requirements of government and investors.

What we do

The Registrar of Community Housing registers community housing providers. We also monitor them and take action when needed. We do this through the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) and the NSW Local Scheme. The Registrar is independent and reports directly to the Minister for Housing.
