Hearings commenced at 10am on Monday 16 September 2024 at the Fair Work Commission hearing rooms at 80 William Street East Sydney.

*Whether witnesses are heard publicly or privately is subject to change. Witnesses anticipated to be heard privately are not listed on this website. Under section 88(3) of the Greyhound Racing Act 2017, the A/Commissioner may:

• direct that the inquiry or any part of it take place in private and give directions as to the persons who may be present,

• give directions prohibiting or restricting the publication of evidence given at the inquiry or of matters contained in records provided for the inquiry.

Please note: it is anticipated that further hearings will be held during the period 3 to 14 February 2025.
