Please note:
- Pseudonyms have been used in respect of certain witnesses either consistently or in certain portions of evidence.
- Some redacted portions of the transcripts are subject to interim non-disclosure and/or non-publication directions. As those interim directions are reconsidered by the Acting Commissioner, they may be either made final, revoked or amended. This may result in alterations to the quantity of redactions in certain transcripts.
- Updated transcripts will be published in the table below, and the date of publication will be noted. Only transcripts that were previously unpublished or have had their redactions updated will have a date in the “Date transcript updated” column.
